1. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the number on your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep control of your number; if you lose it, recovery is only possible if you set up a verified email in advance, or through our admin support process. One account per person.

2. What ZOPERZ does

ZOPERZ helps you track warranties, book repairs with service partners, buy extended-cover (AMC) plans, and buy and sell second-hand items in the marketplace. We are a platform: for repairs and marketplace trades, the work or the goods are provided by partners and other users, not by us.

3. Payments, cover and refunds

• Prices for plans and services are shown before you pay and are set by us or the partner, never by your device.
• AMC coverextends your device's protection for the plan's term. You can cancel mid-term; we refund the unused portion, prorated, and your device's cover reverts to what it was.
• Repairs can be cancelled cleanly before work starts. Once work has started or a job is complete, disagreements go through our dispute process rather than a simple cancellation.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few working days to arrive.

4. Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for their listings being accurate and for the items they sell; buyers are responsible for paying. A "ZOPERZ Verified" badge means only that provenance documents are on file for the item — it is not a warranty from us. Orders move through paid → shipped → completed; confirm receipt only when you actually have the item.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other people's accounts or data, probing or overwhelming our systems, uploading unlawful content, or using ZOPERZ to defraud anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Service partners

Partners apply and are verified before taking jobs. Partners are paid out to the bank details they provide, after our commission. Partners agree to complete accepted jobs professionally and to the additional partner terms shown during onboarding.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep ZOPERZ available and accurate, but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

9. Changes and contact
